Consultations include reviewing your goals/injuries, body composition analysis, functional movement screening, followed by a personalized workout.

Our online programming will provide you with a customized regimen which includes scheduled strength training, cardio and stretch routines which are all accessible through our Just Train app and can be done from your own home or gym. Our aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through your personalized workout program.
