Just Train is a boutique gym located on the second floor of 6 Maiden Lane in the financial district. We offer private training. At Just Train YOUR fitness goal is our number one priority. We use exercises that work for you and your individual needs to shape the body you desire. Our full body workouts use appropriate exercise modalities in a safe and progressive manner to ensure you attain your desired results without wasting time on exercises that don’t work.

We understand some goals such as body fat reduction require lifestyle changes and we are here to guide you through these necessary modifications. Fitness goals are not gained through leaps, but with steps. And our trainers will help you every step of the way until your goal is reached.

How do we know you are accomplishing your results?
At Just Train we use the inBody 230 composition analyzer. It gives our clients a clear picture of what they are made of. You no longer have to wonder if the weight loss you are experiencing is from water, muscle or fat. The inBody prints out your results in minutes.

Just Train delivers an intense workout with a fun and energizing atmosphere. All sessions are by appointment only. Email, call or text us to schedule an appointment.

We aim to educate clients on their personal objectives through continuous cutting-edge workouts, beneficial tips and years of experience.  We pride ourselves on expertise in the health and fitness industry, where we set ourselves apart by utilizing our extensive experience and certifications and in turn we lead each client through a unique, well-structured and fun workout that is perfectly individualized and effective.

We are proficient in the use of body weight exercises (calisthenics), kettlebells, dumbbells, ropes, cables, bands, medicine balls, sandbags, drills, and heavy balls, all used to blast away fat, build strength and offer stellar RESULTS!
