As his private client base grew, Joel realized it was time to work for the only boss that mattered—himself. Now, he’s dedicated to helping others build strength, stay disciplined, and achieve real results.

As a competitive athlete and coach in both Muay Thai and Olympic Weightlifting at the local and national levels, he blends real-world experience with ongoing education to deliver training that’s practical, effective, and empowering.
